Love North Devon News - We are currently looking to clear the veg patch and we have a
dilemma. Should we get our first pig, get him to clear it for us and then fatten him up or should we get in a rotavator.
Adrian thinks like a towny and votes rotavator, Amanda is a country girl and

Adrian and Amandas’ 53 acre parkland
estate is perfect for self catering short breaks and holidays. It’s just a
stones throw from Exmoor National Park and only minutes from the North Devon
coast and the market town of Barnstaple.
It’s such a good location for holidays
and we’re so sure you’re going to love it that we’ve called it “Love North
Devon”.
The holiday cottage and barn are central within the 53
acres of south facing parkland and are approached down a long private driveway
that sweeps down into a large parking area adjacent to your property. The estate
consists of carefully managed organic grassland and woods with a babbling brook
and lake down at the southern boundary at the bottom of the valley. You can stay
for a self catering holiday or short break in a three bed roomed barn or 17th
century cottage and have use of the balcony and summer house down by the lake.
Our holidays are available all year round so you can enjoy the changing colours
of the countryside and with log burners in all the properties your comfort is
ensured from winter to summer.

Copper Kettle Cottage Sleeps 5 (3 Bedrooms)

This three bedroom cottage is adjacent to the
farmhouse and is suitable for up to five people.
It has a lounge/diner, kitchen, bathroom and
three bedrooms (double, twin and a single
bedroom) and has bags of character.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven and hob with
fridge and freezer and is equipped with
microwave and kitchen utensils, pots and pans
and crockery.
The lounge/diner has sofas and dining table and
chairs and also a library of books complete with
flat screen TV, DVD and video player with a
library of films and there are board games for
all the family to enjoy.
Copper Kettle Cottage is centrally heated so it
is ideal as a base for walking in all weathers
throughout the year.
Guests have the use of a washing machine and
dryer in the nearby utility and parking for a
number of cars is adjacent to the cottage. There
is wireless internet in the cottage and the
barn.

A stunning three bedroom contemporary barn
suitable for up to six people.
It has a lounge/diner, kitchen, shower room and
three bedrooms (double, twin and a bunk bed
room) with lots of features and a superb log
burner in the lounge.

fridge and freezer and is equipped with
microwave and kitchen utensils, pots and pans
and crockery.
The lounge/diner has sofas and dining table and
chairs and also a library of books complete with
flat screen TV, DVD and video player with a
library of films and there are board games for
all the family to enjoy.

of the year, although it is closed in January.
